The in-form Reshma and Sanjana, who were un-seeded players in the tournament, put up superb performance and easily overpowered Sudha and Archana who were the second seeds in the championship.
The lower ranked Reshma and Sanjana showed their aggression in all areas of the court and maintained a wonderful pressure on their opponents to end up the final battle in just 30 minutes with a decent margin.

However, towards the end of opening half, Reshma and Sanjana managed to take control of the pace of rallies.

The un-seeded Reshma and Sanjana managed to remain focused on court until the one-minute break.
After the interval, Reshma and Sanjana continued playing remarkable badminton as they did not commit errors at the ending stage and eventually won the game with a reasonable 21-17 margin on the score board.
