All Indian Who Love India Try to Help my friend?

An UK indian National. He is staying here illegally for more then 3 Years.

He wants to go to his home country to India to his Family .

Wants to known the processure and problem will occur if any

The biggest problem is he used to drive Taxi with his friends driving license of Pakis tani nationality. This guy i mean the problem guy was caught by cops they took his license thaught he is the guy of that nationalities took finger and he was latter release.

Now he wants to go out of country,he is pleading can anyone knows the rules can help my friend,

Please Reply if anyone has some sort of information.

He is still having his Inidian Passport with him

you asked ths question before. He is living in the UK illegally, i do not care what happens to him as long as he is deported from the UK!

If he has passport then ask him to buy flight ticket & take the first flight back to India, simple as that.

Ask him to apply in writing to the Indian High Commission stating his problem in detail. Ask a lawyer to help him draft that letter.
