After download of Quickbooks 2009 R5, I restored a backed up file to Quickbooks and it gave me the messge "Quickbooks has experienced a problem and must be shut down". Now when I startup my computer, I get the message "IntuitSyncManager has encountered a problem and needs to close" and none of my 2007 through 2009 Intuit problems will run - all giving the "Turbotax (QB, etcl) has experienced a problem and must be shut down" error message on startup. Intuit is absolutely no help trying to get through their help screen barrier wall. Can you help?
