  1. Really depends on the child.  Some kids show signs at a year to 18 months.  My little girl started showing interest at 18months but then the more I wanted her to the more she rejected the idea.  She is not a pleaser.  Finally, at 2 1/2 she just decided that she was and never went back.  So I know she was ready prior.  She just didn't want to.

My advice is at aabout a year, get her her potty chair and start exposing her to it with no pressure and see how it goes.  If she has no interest then try again in a couple months.

  2. Hi there you should introduce potty traing to her when she is about 1year and a 1/2 but dont force her onto it as she may get scared. Make sure you have it lying about for her to see and you should ask her if she needs to go. She should juswt go into it in her own time.

Good luck try these websites they give alot of useful tips xx

  3. She should be at least a year old, but usually children are not ready for potty training until a year and a half or more.  In any case, she should be walking and understanding simple instructions.  To help her accept using the potty, you should make it a relaxing and fun experience which is rewarded with praise when she "goes" in the potty.  Attempting to train too early would be an exercise in futility.  Let her be a baby for a little longer...

  4. There is no specific answer to this question, but you have a long time to wait yet.  I would not expect your daughter to be ready for potty training before 18 months, and that's early.  Some kids aren't ready till quite a bit later.  You can usually tell when it's time to start, because they notice when they are having a b.m., they show interest in the toilet, and they may take their diaper off when it's dirty.  When they act like they have to go, you put them on the potty.  When they actually do it right, praise them a lot. Eventually they get the idea.  It's easier to start with a potty chair, then work up to a toddler seat for the big toilet.  It's usually a long process - takes at least several months.  Some kids may be completely trained at two, many have done it by age 3, a few will take longer than that.  You can't really rush it.

  5. usually u start at 2 years, some do get traied around 1 1/2, and some still arent trained by 4 years.  it really depends on how willing the kid is and if their ready.

  6. My son was about 2 and a half when he was completely potty trained.  It takes time and patience.  She is way too young right now to even think about it!  BUT when you do start- dont use pull ups- they r too much like diapers!  Use regular panties and it will work alot better for you!  Good luck to you!
