All New Yorkers?

Moving on to a less serious question. For all of those who live in new york does anybody else feel like burning the ******* ice cream truck everytime it plays that annoying song. Im sorry I have anger problems but im sure there are other people who hate that theme song!

I grew in NYC and I would love to go back and hear that wonderful jingle...It brings back memories.

I moved from Queens, NY, to Cali 12 years ago and can still hum that tune.  So can the rest of my family.  In fact, ALL ex-New Yorkers I meet can him that tune and can sing the song from the Mount Airy Lodge ("your host with the most in the Poconos")  commercial from the 70s-80s, too.  

I can sing the Palisade's Amusement Park song, too, but that dates me :-)

I dated the Mr. Softee guy for awhile and he would pick me up in the truck.  Needless to say, I was always ribbed about that.

i've heard the song AND a bell. it's a constant ringing which imo, is way more annoying than the song.

It can get on  my nerves.. but its not that annoying.
