Have you filed a formal complaint with the labour board?  Though at this point it may be too late.

Why don't people stand up for themselves?!

I've made claims twice, won twice.  I've had the ministry speak to my employers more times than I can count.  I have printed out the employment standards act for more coworkers than I can count, I have explained it in detail more times than I can count.

I. have. done. my. fair. share.

Now it is time for someone else to do theirs.
