All Taken likely to dominate proceedings in the Heat 4 at Harold’s Cross
All Taken has been rated as hot favourite to win the 324 yard Heat 4 at Harold’s Cross in Ireland on Monday, May 14, 2012. A cash prize of €50 has been set for the winner of the Grade OR event.
The action at Harold’s Cross is scheduled to start at 21:25 GMT and a total of six quality runners have been attracted towards it. Their names are as follows: All Taken, Ballymac Button, Cashen Chris, Head Rock, Lead The Line and Knockatee Boy.
All Taken has been in dominant form over the past few months, thus the bookmakers have given him pretty decent odds for victory today. The punters are also likely to risk the maximum number of bets in his favour.
In his past five races, the Jones’ trainee has managed to win on three occasions. This shows the kind of form he is in at the moment. He will definitely make life extremely hard for his opponents today.
The blue dog finished on top of the table in his most recent race, despite the fact that he was not given the best odds for victory. His speed at the start was pretty much impressive, which helped him gain a solid lead. He managed to maintain it until the
end, winning by one and a half length.
If All Taken gets a clear run today, it will be difficult to catch him. He is the son of Honcho Classic out of Catunda Serena and was born in May 2009.
Other than the race favourite, Ballymac Button might also manage to attract some bets in his favour, as he is a quality performer. He has won once out of his past three outings, which shows that he is carrying decent momentum at the moment.
However, the O'Rourke’s trainee was unable to make a solid impression in his most recent outing, as he finished fifth in it. He was up against some very good runners, but was still expected to fight for the top three positions, which he failed to do in the
end.
Ballymac Button is the son of Premier Fantasy out of Ballymac Okee and was born in June 2010.
Cashen Chris might be the other runner, who could challenge his rivals for victory at Harold’s Cross.
