All Wonders to show a wonderful performance in Pat Seamur Standard - Div A at Coventry
All Wonders is not one of the regular winners, but the way he performed in his latest appearance, one cannot afford to overlook his chances in the Pat Seamur Standard - Div A, being held at Coventry on Sunday, July 29th.
After making an unlucky ride at Hall Green, the blue dog came to this track on a high note. In a 485 metres race, he ran very well, but remained unlucky. As a result, he missed the top rank by half a length.
He quickly got his act together, and displayed a splendid performance last week. He established his dominance at the first bend, and maintained the highest standards till the winning line.
With the help of a superb show, J. Meek’s trainee managed to take the first place by one and a quarter lengths. He ran furiously, covering the area in just 29.26 seconds.
None of his rivals recorded such a brilliant time recently, and if All Wonders manages to deliver an equally fine performance, it would be an easy win for him.
Others in the pack are: Taylors Cruise, White Coat, Bandicoot Ripley, Endova Rossi and Yeatsie Boy. The £200 open event will be started at 20:42 GMT.
White Coat has two consecutive wins under his belt. In his latest outing over this distance, C. Price’s trainee stopped the clock in 29.52 seconds. His confidence is at a high, but he certainly needs to raise his game in order to beat this line-up.
Taylors Cruise’s inconsistent run will be a concern for the punters. He won a 500 metres race before finishing third last time. Victories are not coming to Bandicoot Ripley’s way these days.
Similar is the case with Endova Rossi, who ran well in defeat twice. Yeatsie Boy was an easy winner in his last trip, but a similar effort would not be enough to win today’s big meeting.
It will surely be a close battle, in which Taylors Cruise, White Coat and All Wonders are major players. The latter of three should be preferred following his extraordinary performance last time. Good luck to all the runners.
