Regguee: Panamanians were the first to start the spanish Regguee movement now called by some Reggueaton.

Salsa and Merengue are also very popular.

For women: Pollera

For men: Montuno

There are several ethnics in Panama each one with different culture and thus dances.

Arroz con leche. As well there are several recipes on the net, you will also find that this dessert is very popular in other latin american countries.
