Only answer this question if you have tried it or looking into trying it none of you people that say scam cuz your pretty much just wasting your time as well as mine.

Can anyone please tell me whether they have tried it, if they have recieved results and how long it took.

How long it took to arrive

If you did any special excercises os strecthing along with it

Or just basically the best way to use it

Don't believe what everyone says. I used it and it works. I'm proud to say that I'm now 6'2 feet. Super-Growth enhancer product really worked on me.  I did not any special exercises or stretching along with it.
