All access gift card, can i use it at walgreens?

I probably seem puh-riiiiittty dumb, since it's all access. but I'm like, scared and worried if I go in there with the gift card, they'll be like, 'wtf is this?' Haha. ):

If it has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it, you can use it wherever they take Visa or Mastercard.  I'm sure that Walgreens takes credit cards.

Any store you walk into, many times will display what cards they accept right on the door.  If you are unsure, you can just ask an employee in the store what they accept for payment.
