All-age parties in Miami/South Beach or Miami April 19-27??

I am 18 years old, and I want to go to some parties in South Beach or Miami when I stay there April 19-27. I wont be able to get into the clubs because they are all 21, but I would like to be able to go somewhere where me and my buddies can hang out and party with people who are our age. I wouldn't mind going to a hookah bar, but theres usually no party scene there. Adresses would be helpful and names also.

Arrange your fun party of your own. April 19 is a hot dog day. You can even invite your friends to join you in the beach for lunch and have fun there throughout the day.
