All alone in the world?

What if one morning you woke up and found that only you were alive and well, but some how during the night everyone in the world had disappeared. Could you survive without human contact for the rest of your life? What if you should need a doctor for illnesses? What about animals running wild that were once pets?

  1. I'd probably break out into dance like in Grease, only to find out no one would join in.

  2. I would survive my best, and put my knowlege of herbal medication to use if I got ill !

  3. i could not live

  4. Awesome, I love adventure.

  5. If electricity and power lines were up and running, gasoline was available, and I had access to the neighborhood supermarket's freezer section,  I could survive for many years.  Texas weather in the winter time doesn't ordinarily  get that cold, and I have always avoided going to the doctor except when it was absolutely necessary.  I'd be in trouble if I fell and broke some bones, however.

I'm not a survivalist, so I don't have that many vegetables growing in my backyard garden.  If access to my neighboring grocery disappeared, I'd find it hard to survive.  I'd need to learn to harvest crops and raise poultry.  My small-town grandparents had vegetable gardens and orchards when I was growing up.  As the price of living rises, I will need to follow their example--even if I'm not the only one left alive.

  6. Sure, would just have to do the best I could do.

  7. Oh gosh! I would have gone crazy if I was the only one in the world!
