All folders are Empty -- When removing ntde1ect.com virus

Question

When i execute the following command for removing ntde1ect.com virus from my drives. (del autorun.* /a /s /d/ q). It removed all the files from my computer. Now all folders are showing empty. Is there any way to recover all these files.
