  1. even if u get it, it is not going to gush out like a river. u will start spotting first. giving you enough time to get help. dont worry. everyone goes through it.

  2. You usually feel it. Carry a pad in your purse or backpack just in case, and hope for the best.

It usually doesn't start out heavy...so you really shouldn't be worried about it.

  3. For the majority of girls, their first period is VERY VERY light, and almost like a brown discharge.

It most likely won't show up on your pants. Don't even sweat it.

Just carry a pad. and if you're THAT nervous, wear a pantiliner.

  4. I was almost 14 when I got mine, and it started out really slowly. It happened in school about 9 in the morning. Get some pads and put them in your locker. I had no signs, it just happened. I had to deal with tissue until I got home, my mom was kind of clueless. I understand your anxiety, but it's not as bad as you think. If it happens to you in class, just ask to be excused. Don't be scared, please. If you have an understanding of what will happen and are prepared, there's nothing to be frightened about.

  5. I was 13 almost 14 when I got mine. Your a lucky 1. haha. No need to worry about it. Just carry around pads in your backpack all time.

In the week before I got mine the first time I was really really emotional. I started crying at a movie that wasn't even sad, and got irritated with everyone for no reason. So if your like this or start getting cramps, expect it soon!!

  6. Spotting (small brownish spots in underwear), Discharge, Cramps.

Ask your mom when she got hers, you will get yours about the same time. If she got hers at 13, then just buy some pads and bring a couple to school so you can be prepared.

  7. You will feel cramps usually a day or two before it happens. If your worried about starting while your somewhere, wear pantyliners. At least if you do that, you'll have some kind of protection. It should happen at any time now. Good luck.

  8. well on youre first period it will be more of a dishcharge dont be scared its just a little bit of blood but i suggest you take a pad or a tampon too school just incase you do get it at schoole and dont be embarressed its normal i used too be like that then when i got older it was a normal thing good luck sweetie

  9. Always carry a sanitary towel in your school bag just in case.

  10. ah you probably wont notice. just go to the bathroom and check every once in a while, but the first time you get your period, it may just be spotting- which is very light and probably wouldnt even stain through to your pants

  11. Buy some pads and keep them in your backpack so your always prepared. It normally starts out lght. I didn't even feel mine start. It normally starts a dark brown color. Also if on some odd chance yours starts heavy (prob won't) keep a pair of pants and extra undies in your P.E. locker or hallway locker. Good luck :)

  12. crampss or u get in a really crampy mood

  13. Don't worry! It's normal to get your period any time from ages 10 - 16 years old.

When I was about 11 it happened, in school. It usually isn't a big horrible stain or anything the first time.

If you are really worried, bring a sanitary pad, a pair of shorts, and fresh undies and just keep them in your school locker or backpack in a plastic bag just in case. Then if you do have a problem, you'll be able to deal with it :-D

    Be prepared, don't be scared!

  14. discharge, cramps.. ect.

  15. two days before my first period i got brownish discharge in my undies. after i found that i made up a period kit and put it in my school bag containing: 3 pads, 2 liners, 1 tampon and another pair of undies.

i had my period on the weekend so i didn't really need the kit. but i still keep it in my bag now and i have had my period for a year. i recommend you make a kit and keep it in your bag. i found that i also didn't have any cramps or anything like that except lower back pain.

  16. u get discharge .. all the other things they say (cramps and stuff) i didnt get them soo yeah

the first day u cant really see it just wear large shirts or dark pants if u want u can start wearing panty liners if ur too scared to see what happens when ur period comes ask ur mom when she got hers cuz maybe she got it when she was 15 and well the probability is ull get it at 15 too

  17. You will get cramps before it happens, and when it first happens, it will be light, so don't worry.
