All group emails denied--says no html--don't even know how!?

All my groups have all of the sudden started sending me error messages when I post a response to a group email address. I don't even know html. I don't know why this changed all of the sudden and I can't figure out how to fix it. Please help me.

some times a mail signature will all of a sudden tick it off, or a link to a site. some times recently it's for no reason.
