All hope is gone album?

What do you guys think about the new slipknot album All Hope is Gone? I know its a little different from the other stuff that they do but i think that it shows their diversity? what do you think?

Slipknot's new album is a bullshit. All Hope Is Gone is not Slipknot's style. **** with All Hope Is Gone. Mellow like a metalcore. Guitar solo like a hair band. **** that.

I am actually a little disappointed. I agree that it shows their range as artists, but it just seems like something is missing.

There are some good songs, though: Sulfur, Psychosocial, Butcher's Hook, Gehenna (in parts of Gehenna, it sounds like Corey is channeling Layne Staley), All Hope is Gone. It just doesn't have any songs that really impressed me.

I agree with lj1. I'm disappointed with Slipknot's latest album "All Hope Is Gone". I though their new album would be better, darker, harder, but it didn't.

Their new album is a little bit bad for me, but it's still good. Yeah, In their album, there are too much guitar solo. I don't like it. The last, their music is not darker. Their music's going slower. All Hope Is Gone is too melodic. Their latest album don't make bang my head much.
