Any Turbo creates more power, a turbo involves two impellers,spinning on a single shaft, with one roller bearing, in the center, which is oiled by a small tube sitting above the bearing,and a bigger tube at the base. The bigger tube has to drain excess oil, or the exhaust would smoke. As the exhaust passes by one impeller, causing the impeller to spin at a high RPM 20,000 and up. This action causes the intake impeller to compress air and fuel in the combustion chamber, when the fuel ignites a powerful explosion creates 30 to 40% more power. Over boost is controlled by the waste gate,which opens if the pressure becomes to great. The gage on the dash will let you know if the gate is working properly.
