All mountain snowboards?

Of course it can, that is why its called a All Mountain Board.

But bascially, any board can be used anywhere (except skiboards). It just depends on what board you prefer.

Softer more flexible boards and snappy boards are better for park.

Yes, of course. It just won't have the "pop" that a specialty park board or a jib board has. Many all mountain boards have the super hard sintered bases and edges that work well in the park and on the runs.

Look into the Ride all mountain boards with the slime wall edges - they work well on all types of riding.

You could it doesn't really matter. It's just not specifically made for the park and doesn't have the same flex as a park board would.
