All my music has been deleted off iTunes. How do I get it back??

It is still on my computer, though, and still on my iPod. I've disabled automatic syncing so it doesn't get deleted off my iPod. But I DO NOT want to have to import all of my CD's and replace all of the music that's on my computer, because that involves A LOT of organization that would take hours. How can I get my music back on iTunes the way it was before it was deleted? I did not delete it myself! I just opened it today and there was no more music. Everything was blank. I don't know what went down, but can I fix it???

  1. Try going into your control panel and look for restore, then put in the date and time you wish to restore your pc at that point before everything was deleted, also try your spare back up.

  2. well, first ya gotta look under your computer's database, look under my music itunes then see if you can find the former library to import.

if ya can't, well...you really have to remember next time to add check points so you don't lose your stuff like that. I'm guessing you haven't graduated high school yet?

that's when I liked 'em: ripe and juicy.

    that's all folks.

  3. check you recycle bin. it may have been moved there. oitherwise temporarily take down your firewall, reboot the computer and if you must reinstall itunes sofrtware.,

  4. best thing to do is.. if you downloaded music off limewire or something, and got a folder that the music was in, the open it up, and get all the songs in itunes. once that is done. what ever is left, use your cd's as u listed

another thing to do is restores your computer, to do this fallow these steps:

start menu, accessories. system tools, then system resotre, resotre it to the previous dates thats in bold offered, then restarts your computer, and hopefully ur music is there in itunes waiting for you to come.

  5. i dont know mine did that now i only have four songs on mine

  6. Try to save it somewhere else maybe?????

  7. look for an option that says search for music and search your whole computer. or look in the recycle bin, or search music folder, or search for names song  titles and artists on your computer and if you find something backtrack the location.

  8. pray

  9. you will need to have a 3rd party tool to help you copy songs in your ipod to computer as itunes blocks the ipod-to-computer transfer, here is a review of top 5 ipod  copying softwares(windows/mac): http://www.ipodtocomputer.net
