All my photos were saved as JPEG and went to Paint. How do I get them all (6K or more) back to JPEG?

They were in JPEG for the last 4 years and somehow got switched and open in Paint.

i think the problem exists that you have change your default program to open jpeg files in paint, try right click on a jpeg and select open with>choose default program, then choose the program u want to open with and check the box "always use......" then ok
