All my products are MAGIX.

Question

All my products are MAGIX. I cannot log onto media library even though I am registered with magix and cahoot.Everytime I try to log on using my email address [e-mail] and my password - brixham - I get a message - LOG IN FAILED. I ask for new details to be sent to my email address and they always come through as [e-mail] - Password brixham - I re- enter these log in details and I still get the same message LOG IN FAILED?I am registered with Magix.com and Cahoot I have also placed these in my trusted file internet connection and I still cannot log on - THIS HAS BEEN FOR OVER SIX MONTH NOW AND I CANNOT ENJOY MAGIX ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS. It is ruining my DAY and stopping me doing my hobbies. PLEASE HELP SORT IT OUT . I have contacted magix loads of times and never had it sorted.
