All my t shirts are becoming baggy after every wash!?

after my mom washes and drys my favourite t shirts,they become baggy and they lose their stretch that makes them tight.

why is this happening?

she says that she does everything on the tag(wash in cold,dryer safe)then when i wear it, it looks baggy on me.

how can this be prevented from happening?

Is it possible that you've lost weight so they're fitting looser?  Maybe washing them in warm or hot water will make them shrink a little bit.
