All of a sudden, I'm a little bit nervous...?

The Crows are facing the Bombers this weekend at Melbourne, but theres 2 things that are making me nervous about the match.

1. Bernie Vince isn't playing due to a hamstring injury

2. The Crows have NEVER beaten the Bombers in Victoria

who do you reckon is gonna win this match?

Next 3 wks, Ess play Adel; Adel play St Kilda, St Kilda play Ess. Adel have beaten Saints in Melbourne.  One win each would be good, two wins for Adel is better.

Wow, that is an interesting stat, I would be worried too! I would like to reassure you, but from an un-biased perspective, Essendon have nothing to lose, and they will be trying to win this game for their supporters. The loss of Vince will be a disadvantage for the crows as well, not to mention the ground that the match is being played at. It should be a really close game, and I wouldn't be surprised if the Bombers won, but I'm still tipping the Crows.

In 11 games Crows have never beat Essendon in Melbourne. At four different grounds too. MCG, TD, Optus Oval and Windy Hill.

I don't think that means much though. Adelaide are the better team at the moment and should win.

I dont know about the Crows never beating the Bombers in Melbourne. I notice the poor old Dons copping a slagging over their loss to West Coast but you have to remember that the Westies have a huge advantage at Subiaco and the Bombers went over without key players. I am starting to wonder if they are making last minute tanking efforts given the fact that they have sent so many players off for non-urgent surgery! If a couple of them return, I think the Bombers will really take it up to the Crows.

The Crows should and would defeat Essendon. I think Adelaide are now playing even better now than earlier this season. Plus Brent Rielly should be available.

The game is played at The Crows second home ground "Telstra Dome" they do have a great record there.

Louise Marie - west coach advantage in having the game at subi is not anywhere close to the advantage essendon get in the fact they don't hope on a plane and fly every 2nd week!

Anyway i think adelaide will change their history and beat dons in victoria, for the first time.

I think this is going to be one of the harder matches to pick.

After Essendon recent form ( apart from WCE ) and the 2nd stat you mentioned, both teams will want this bad.

Essendon looking to bounce back And the Crows looking to change history.

Have to wait and see the teams for this one, but it should be a close game and one worth the watch.

Essendon recent winning form has been very overatted and last weeks effort v the Eagles was very poor, they can improve but the Crows have too much to play for I expect the Crows to win by 25+
