All of a sudden, I cant open a few websites?

They are like on and off to me, it takes ages to open some websites and sometimes my browser doesnt access to it at all. When I get lucky, they open in a fast speed, i dont know why it happens like that. I have scanned my computer and found no problem?

It's probably a temporary problem with your provider. Give it awhile to clear, or call your ISP to see if anything is wrong with the local network.

Sometimes turning off the computer, then unplugging the router & modem from the power source for 30 seconds and plugging them back in then turning the computer back on helps.

Is this quite recent? If it is, maybe you just need to leave the computer for a day or something and unplug the modem or whatever. Sometimes that helps it. Otherwise ask your ISP.
