All plywood 8 and 12 foot skimmer boat,?

Question

Years ago some company made an all plywood 8 and 12 foot skimmer boat, do you know anything about this once was nice boat? this had a flat bottom with 4 runners and with a 10 HP motor it would fly. If any one has a picture of one of these boats please post it
