All programs are gone?

What is it?

I don't see how can you fix it instead of reinstalling windows xp.

You've got a rogue infection.  "VIRUS ALERT!" is covering the clock and your windows functions disappeared to prevent you from accessing.  My suspicion is that you got Antivirus XP 2008.  If not, then you can look at the link of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Detections List to match the one you have.  Scroll for the rogue part.

Use this program to remove the rogue.  Just download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and update it first before running the program and it's free to use.

PLEASE Tell me that's an edit. That's just messed up. At the clock, nothing else is shown except the time, i think. You did a good editing. If it's real, of which i highly doubt, Reinstall windows!
