All speedos like this?

Question

Is there supposed to be another small layer of fabric on the inside. Llike, say the speedo is blue. On the inside it's all blue, but there's also an area at the front where there's another layer of color like red.

yes, that is normal.  all my bikini swimwear (speedo) brand have an extra liner in the front.  It is so you won't "show through".  some bikini briefs for men don't have a front liner and you can definitely "see through".  personally, i think the speedo bikini brief with a liner is better.  you don't have to be self conscious about the outline of your privates showing.  sometimes the lining is a neutral colour, but not always.  my black speedos have a black lining in the front.

no that sounds reversible. dont use that to race in. just to practice in or maybe lifeguard for sure.

Usually there is a liner that is a neutral color.  I've never had a pair of speedos/briefs that had a different color liner.

Sometimes there is an inner lining. But, many times, there is no inner lining so that you can show your male member better.  Some onlookers like seeing what a guy has so no lining is better.  And, some swim bikinis have inner rings to help show your male member even better.  Check out skinz catalog  online.  Skinz.com  You will see what I mean.
