All strong believers - how can you be so sure?

I believe in God too because I find logic in it, something/someone must have started everything. But I can't understand, how someone can be 100% sure about a religion. What makes you sure? You can't say your beliefs because it's a 'belief', something you can't see, you can't touch, you can't hear.

Don't get me wrong, I understand and respect your beliefs, I just don't understand how can you be 100% sure. Can you explain it?

I just am 100% sure! I have felt his presents in my life. I have had prayer answered. I don't need to see him I feel him.

I spend most my time on theology and learning about other religions. Basic research I guess. My ultimate conclusion of all religions including Egyptian mythology has led me to Christianity. Also, I feel that life brings you to a certain destiny and when so many things and signs point to God then one cannot live in denial anymore.

I started with a belief in God and went to the Bible to find out who God is and who I am in God.  I read, studied and memorized the Bible and sat under various teachers.  I was largely shielded from most of the controversy between the different sects/faiths within Christianity and focused on what the Bible said.

When I became an adult, I immersed myself in the beliefs of other denominations/sects when I attended an ecumenical school.  I also attended state university and was immersed in atheism and secular humanism.  

I was so well-grounded in the Bible by that time that I was able to discern truth or falsity quite well.  It's faith in God and faith that His Word is His Word.

Try very hard to find God because this is what HE thinks of you:

He is the exact representation of my being. Hebrews 1:3

He came to demonstrate that I am for you, not against you. Romans 8:31

And to tell you that I am not counting your sins. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19

These are some of the things I consider:

If people would stop taking everything for granted like that sun that has been burning for at least 6000yrs., 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, never exploding, never extinguishing itself like when you fight fire with fire. Never sending off a huge solar flare propelling it at us or out of orbit. It keeps burning very consistently and controlled to keep us nice and toasty warm in the summer but not too warm that we are burnt alive by it's heat.

Or those clouds that have no real substance yet pick up enough water to flood entire states. Why do they pick it up? Do they drink it? Do they have any use for it other than for the most part just gently sprinkling it on the vegetation we rely on for oxygen and keeping the land from drying up and blowing away.

Are you aware that a 20ft. x  20ft. x 1inch deep pond of water weighs approx. 2000 lbs. To me that is very impressive to say the least, and far, far from coincidence.

P.S. But God has done far too many supernatural things in my life to list. Zillions of things I can't begin to remember them all because they are far to numerous. That is why I cannot do anything except know HE is real and we are soon to be Raptured:

Lu:17:34: I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

Ephesians 2:8  For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

As the passages relate, God gives His children his Holy Spirit and the gift of faith so that they might have inward confirmation of the truth of their belief in Him.

We are 100% sure because it is the truth and we have  faith  .....

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  For by it the elders obtained a good report.

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Hebrews 11:1-3

To be brief, I can be so sure because God has made Himself real to me in such a way that I can no longer deny or reject.

I still have problems, but that does not take away from the love, patience, grace, and mercy He extends toward me everyday.

I can be 100% certain because the opportunity to pass on to another plane after dying bodily is not exclusive to those who agree with my personal faith. There is room for all. Different paths, same clearing at the end of it all. And of that I am 100% certain.

God says, "My sheep hear My voice."  I know the voice of God.  Tell God that you want to hear His voice and keep asking until He talks to you.

Tell God about Jeremiah 33:3 where He says, "Call unto me and I will answer thee and show thee great and mighty things."  Tell God that you want to see a great and mighty thing.

You can't just pray once or twice and expect to hear from God.  God makes you search for Him.

As for as belivers are concerned, only one is available.  That is belivers.  No such strong or weak.  If you believe you are the son of your father or mother means, you are very particular on that relationship.  I am sure that my father is Mr.....So that we have to accept Gods miracle.  By experience you can get the maturity on belivers.  Practice the believing technic and you will get miracle in your life.  Praise the Lord, Read the Bible, Pray to God and help the poor and needy.

Basing it on "the map" - the scriptures.

What should the true religion do ?

Base teachings on bible - 2 Tim 3:16,17.

Worship only Jehovah and make his name known - Matt 4:10;Ps 83:18;John 17:6.

United brotherhood - John 13:34,35.

Accept Jesus as God's means of salvation - Acts 4:12.

No part of the world - John 18:36.

Preach that God's Kingdom is mankind's only hope - Matthew 24:14.
