All the Water in the Rivers Drained!!?

Question

Imagine, if someone had a machine to deplete all of the water in the Rivers, what it would be like! The junk that would be under the waters would be endless, old cars, flopping fish, tires, possibly jewelry, and yes, sadly, alot of missing persons would be recovered. Then later, put the water back.

already our river is dry for part of the year because of deforestation  taking out water producing and water containing factors ,but most of all because of tooo many farmers pumping too much water for irrigation ,and every year it is more
