All tv channels being all glitchy and no sound but channel 42 is working fine?

Why is it doing this and its ben doing this for half hour like the channel moves but half of the screen moves like one frames per second

It could be the TV, or it could be the TV provider. Either cable, or satellite. If it's cable, then there might be a problem at the office, or there's a  physica problem. If it's satellite, then it's probably your equipment. Call technical support.
