Question:

All you Size 10 Girls....please answer!?

Have you always been a size 10? What kind of exercise do you do to maintain your size 10 and if you weren't always a size 10, how did you go from whatever size you were to what you are now? I am a size 14 and looking to lose 2 dresses

  1. Im a size 10 and exercise every now and then, try not to ear junk food too but give in sometimes. When i exercise i just go running for like half an hour, it keeps your metabolism up so fats don't stay on you so much.. and it makes your skin firm and not flabby..

  3. I was a size twelve and went down to a size 8. I think the main reason I started losing weight was that I stopped going out drinking (because I didn't have much money) and alcohol contains a lot of calories!

    Once I started I became a bit more careful with what I ate. For example, eating salads for lunch, snacking on fruit instead of crisps/sweets, avoiding fast food if possible, trying to be a less generous with portion sizes...

    Then I joined a gym and now I go three times a week. I go out more and eat out quite a bit and I do drink occasionally but if I drink I will have a spirit with diet coke instead of a glass of wine.

    but i find if i want to shift some weight

    get rid of the bread, beef, fried foods and pasta.

    also sit ups and star jumps are good !

    in addition to that watch gillian mckeith you are what you eat ! it really puts you off swaying on your diet !!!

  5. I'm a size 7, but I was a size 10. I walk 2 miles a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I didn't eat after 5 pm and ONLY weighed myself ONCE a WEEK! If you weigh yourself too often, it can be discouraging. So, I suggest to just walk. Walk walk walk!  And don't eat after, say, 5 or 6pm.

  6. try to lay off the bread and sweets- be sure to be active alot- drink 30-45 mins AFTER u eat- dont eaty part 6 o clok- dotn go to bed after eating- wait 1 hour sitin or walkin after- then u may rest and drink somin... and if ppl call u fat u can say "THERE'S MORE OF ME TO LUV"

  7. Hi,

    I've always been a size 10 on top but a 12 on bottom.

    Im so lazy I don't do any exercise - but then I don't really eat c**p either. I never snack on crisps etc during the day and I don't eat big portions either! The only exercise i do is horse riding twice a week which does help tone up your tummy and leg muscles and you don't even feel it happening. Also my job involves being on my feet all day and is pysically tiring so i guess that helps as a mild form of exercise too.

    If i were to go up a size then i would start to go to the gym to work it off but i think i have an ok balance atm and am lucky enough to not have to..yet lol!!
