  11. A buffet is where you pay a fixed amount determined by the caterer, and you may eat as much as you want to without wasting, leftovers. Sometimes your host pays for the buffet you partake, but at other times, you pay for the fixed charges per head by yourself if you drop by any outlets serving buffet. It's not just restricted to Chinese, it's universal. If you want your money's worth, just grub. Or you may have just a muffin and pay 30 pounds, it's up to you. A buffet is neither a challenge nor an invitation. You behaviour at a buffet will show all you are by what and how you eat.
