Australia’s former Captain, Allan Border, has lamented the sad demise of English cricketer, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Graham-c60529 Dilley, stating that the all-rounder was a key player for his national team during the 1980s.
Border, who played 12 Tests against Dilley, also described the English all-rounder as an unsung hero for his team’s imposing Ashes win in 1991.

Border, who played 156 Tests and 273 One Day Internationals for Australia, lauded Dilley’s exceptional bowling skills, citing that the Englishman had good control over his deliveries that came with a great deal of variations, while off the field, Dilley
was a humble person with great sportsman spirit.
Dilley’s tragic loss ensued on Wednesday, this week, at the age of 52, following a short-illness.

With a decade long career to his name, Dilley played 36 ODIs where the all-rounder scored a tally of 114 runs, and bagged 48 wickets with his fast bowling skills. As for his Test statistics, the player marked his participation in 41 fixtures, with 521 runs
and 138 wickets.
Soon after bidding farewell to cricket, Dilley opted for a coaching career where the Englishman prospered into instructing the national team as their assistant coach and then as a bowling instructor for the Women’s team.
