Allardyce says Beckham not coming to Rovers and Robinho says Italy or Spain next

English Premier League club, Blackburn Rovers manager Sam Allardyce has said that he does not think that former England captain David Beckham will be interested in making a move to Rovers.
Ahsan Ali Syed, the man expected to take over Blackburn had said that he will support Allardyce in transfers. Ahsan Ali also said that he will look to sign Beckham after taking over. However Allardyce has said that there is not much chance of Beckham coming to Ewood Park. The Rovers’ manager admitted that such a move will boost the profile of the club; he also said that the English winger can still achieve success in English football at the age of 35.
However, he said that Beckham may not be interested in making his way back in English football after playing for Manchester United with distinction for so long.  Allardyce added that Mr Syed said that he will like to invest in youth, and it is a welcome statement but trying to sign Beckham will not be a long term investment for the club.
He said maybe the prospective owner wants to boost the commercial value of the club, and that is the reason he wants a player like David Beckham. He added that as far as he is concerned he will only look at if the player is capable of making it in the league, and he said that there is no doubt that former England captain can still do it.
The former Bolton manager said that, the biggest question is that will David actually want to come back to England? He said that in simple words the answer is no. Allardyce said that he had talked to Beckham couple of years back and he had made it clear, that he would not like to play in England other than for Manchester United. So as far as Allardyce is concerned there is not really a realistic chance of that happening.
The Brazilian striker Robinho, who moved to Manchester City from Real Madrid on a big money move, has not enjoyed the best time at Eastlands. The front man was brought to the club by Mark Hughes but after a promising start where he scored a hat trick, he could not hold his own. He has had issues with adjusting alongside his team mates, and that is believed to be the reason that made him leave Real Madrid.  He was loaned out to Santos by new manager Roberto Mancini last season, and now he is back at the city of Manchester stadium. However he continues to be out of Mancini’s plans for the season, and is a strong candidate to move out before the transfer window closes.
Robinho has attracted attention from Turkey from Besiktas and Fenerbahce, but he said that he will like to return to Spain or go to Italy.
Robinho said that he has turned down an offer from Fenerbache. He added that he has all the respect for Turkish football but he thinks that this is not the right time for him to go there. He said that he has much more to achieve in Europe and he can only do that by staying in one of the top leagues, that is in Spain or Italy.
The Brazilian forward has been in talks with Manchester City, and for now nothing for sure has been said from either side. Signs are clear that he may be taking a leave from the city of Manchester, but to which country? That is not decided for now.
