The former head coach of Cagliari has gone on to comment on the likely changes in the match against Malaga, while also reflecting on the morale within the team.
The Rossoneri outfit go into the match against the Spanish outfit, Malaga, in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League and they would be looking to provide their fans with much needed respite after an extremely poor start to the season.
Of the 11 matches they have played in the Serie A so far, the club has gone on to secure a measly 14 points for their endeavours. If looked in comparison to their supposed competitors in the league, they are well adrift of the other outfits, and are below
Catania, Parma, Fiorentina, Atalanta and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lazio-c39775, teams which are considered to be weaker teams in comparison to the Rossoneri outfit.
The Diavolo outfit went on to a dreadful start to their campaign in the new season as they lost out to Sampdoria on the first day of the Serie A. This has put the team and the head coach of the Rossoneri outfit under immense amounts of pressure; and had
it not been for their recent endeavours in the Serie A, which saw them trouncing Chievo Verona, by a score line of 5-1. The Diavolo would have been under immense pressure going into the match against Malaga in the premier European competition.
The former head coach of Cagliari, Massimiliano Allegri, has remarked on the potency of Malaga, and remarked on the high regard he considers him in, and reflected on the strengths of the Spanish outfit.
He was quoted to have said:
“Malaga are a great passing team. They are a team with great technical qualities as they showed against us in the first game.”
He also remarked on the team that he will be setting out, and commented:
“Ignazio Abate and Kevin Constant will be the full-backs tomorrow, but I'm yet to decide on who will play at centre-back. We will play with two defensive midfielders – http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Massimo-Ambrosini-c24579 or Nigel
De Jong.”
The manager reiterated that there would not be many changes from the match against the Verona outfit.
