Liverpool midfielder, Joe Allen, has claimed that his representation for Wales in the Olympic Games had lifted his confidence, and wants to star for the Reds this season.
The Merseyside club claimed the Welsh footballer’s signature this summer from Swansea City, for a transfer fee believed to be in the region of 15 million pounds.
Last term, he played a pivotal role for the Swans, helping them claim the eleventh place in the final league standings.
