Allergic reaction symptoms?

i was feeling sick today and wasn't quite sure why, then i looked up online the menu of the food a friend brought to me. I saw that something had scrimps in it. I first started having this funny pain on the side of my neck, then a bad headache, then i felt dizzy. Is that a sign of allergic reaction?

Could be that the food is bad, or that you're coming down with an illness (flu?.. fever?).
