Allowed to play loud music at a park?

Say in Primrose Hill [London], are you allowed to play loud music in a park witout permission?

-such as from a stereo/speakers.

There are bylaws about public nuisance, if you are considered to be causing annoyance you might find yourself in trouble.

The trouble with loud music is how loud is too loud?, if someone nearby doesn't like it turn it down or move away.
