Alltel my circle questions?

1. do u have to pay extra to get the my circle that is in the plan or does it come with it

2. if u have the my circle and texting do u get free texting to the people in your circle or just calling

1. your plan should already come w/ it, the number of people that you can have in 'my circle' depends on your plan

2. i was told that both calling and texting are free
