Almond cheese?

Question

Someone on this thread mentioned "almond cheese" as an alternative to soy cheese --

I'm really curious about this product... is anyone else familiar with it ? (I've never even heard of it.)

How does it taste? Does it melt well?

WHERE CAN I GET SOME???

I'm interested in any info related to this very intriguing product!

It's a good alternative to soy, your right and better tasting and it melt unlike soy cheese so you can make a grilled cheese sandwich. You can get it some health food stores and coops. Earth Island make a good one. This is there site. check it out. http://www.followyourheart.com/cheese_pr...

I have heard of almond cheese, but haven't tried it myself (never was a fan of cheese to begin with), my friend loves it though. It does melt pretty well. As for where to find it, you can make it yourself!
