Almost Every One In My Class Calls Me An Emo!?!!!?

How Do I Get Them TO STOP???!!!!??!!! In The weekend i cut my finger with a knife by mistake, I told my mate and she said to every one i did it with a light bulb when i was aiming 4 my wrist and when i put mascara on i walked through the rain and it dripped down my face that's all i know bout this whole emo thing PLZZZ tell me how to stop them

If that happened to me I'd just laugh and shake it off. Generally people don't really think you're emo, they just getting you riled up.

why should you care what they thing?

you know what you are. learn from this,

you do not liked being called emo-

well so do alot of other people, but they get called that.

its hard to change the way people think,

if they know its bothering you, it'll take

longer.

Haha people do the same to me, which is funny because I have strawberry blonde/copper hair!!

Although I did used to cut, nobody knew so I really don't know, maybe they were just trying to get a reaction from me?

I still get called emo a lot (my side fringe is getting a bit long and all day today my eye had been watering making it appear as though I'm crying lol) but I just join in the fun and laugh at myself. It's usually the best thing to do in such situations.

ignore the people who are calling you emo. you reacting is exactly what they want you to do, so if you act like it doesn't bother you, it will eventually go away.

you could also try talking to your friend in private and tell her how it made you feel.
