Almost got in trouble for saying ******* at school (i know i spelled it wrong)?

Ok so I was telling my friend about these things they have in England called Faggotts I think it was like food.So i was telling her about that and this other kid in my class came up and said "i'm gonna tell on you if you say that one more time it isn't something you should say" so could i get in trouble for saying it if I was referring to food?

In the context in which you appear to be using it, then yes, it's considered an insulting term that makes reference to somebody's sexual preference and in the big wide world, that will get you into trouble in many areas - it's called discrimination, and it's generally frowned on if said in mixed company.

The only other definition of ******/***** that I know of is 'a bundle of sticks'
