Almutaham hot favourite for Racing UK The UK´s Best Racecourses Live Handicap
Almutaham is expected to be strong in the Racing UK The UK´s Best Racecourses Live Handicap at Musselburgh in England on Tuesday, July 24, 2012. A cash prize of £1,941 has been set for the winner of the class-6 event.
The conditions seem to be perfect for racing, as the weather has been dry at Musselburgh. The spectators will be hoping that this remains the same throughout the day. A total of 13 runners have been attracted towards the 2 mile event, which will test their
stamina at the end of the day.
Most of the participants seem to be struggling for form at the moment, which will make things easy for Almutaham in the end, as he is carrying a nice momentum. He has been priced 4 to 1 by the bookmakers and the punters will also be ready to risk the maximum

The five-year-old gelding does not have an ideal strike rate, as he has managed to win just on a couple of occasions out of 21 attempts. He will have to improve the winning percentage in order to challenge the best in the business at the highest level.
The Martin Todhunter’s trainee made his debut in 2009 and participated in a couple of events that year. He was unable to make an impression back then and struggled a lot against his opponents. The next year also saw a lot of struggles for him and he went
without a victory until the end.
However, the young runner finally broke the shackles, winning his first ever race in the 2011 season at Kelso. He was given a starting price of 4 to 1 back then and managed to trouble his rivals throughout the race. His stamina was impressive and allowed
him to upset Bubbly Breeze by just a neck distance.
Things did not appear to be good for Dynaformer’s son at the start of the ongoing season, as he struggled to make an impression in the first couple of races. However, he took a comprehensive victory in his penultimate outing and followed that up with a solid
runner up position, which shows the kind of form he is in at the moment.
Seasoned jockey, James Sullivan, will be the one partnering Almutaham in the race at Musselburgh.
