Alone in the dark xbox 360 help!!!?

i believe u know this game,, i loved it! beautiful isn't it?anyways!

there's this episode,,,4 or 5,,where he rescue the girl (not alone anymore)and then u leave her somewhere and opens some doors,,,bla bla bla...after that on section 2,,there's this little creature sucks blood on the floor,,,and there's a locked door,,how do i open this door?there must be something i must do with the creature right?but what??

help pleaseeeeeeeee

You need to either poke a hole in a bottle and stick it to him, or stick a lit molotov on his back. You have plenty of items in the kitchen.
