Along with the bottle, are beer bottle caps recyclable as well?

no i believe they arent. but you can make some really cool things with them. like making a unique belt by adding them onto a plain belt; you can make a cool necklace by adding one you like onto the bottom of a chain; same thing would work for making a charm bracelet; or another idea would be to make a homemade rattle by or rattling blocks by taking a few and adding them into a few small wooden boxes and painting them. that would be a way to recycle the bottle caps in another way.

I toss them in with my recyclables.  The plastic on them will burn off when the metal is processed.

Bottle caps are made from steel.  While they could presumably be recycled, in practice they are thrown away.

No, just the bottles. The caps have a plastic liner that can't be seperated from the metal.
