I believe it is weather manipulation by powerful elitists. This is not a joke...it is part of the NEW WORLD ORDER to create weather disasters.

I believe it's the position of the jet stream which is like early spring pattern and it's causing all of this rain and severe weather.

we also have had a lot of rain where i live as well it could be from global warming or just the way the weather fronts are moving great question I live in Sarnia Ont. Canada
