How come in the past few weeks, it has been raining so much in Nothern NJ, Southern NY

  3. I believe it is weather manipulation by powerful elitists. This is not a joke...it is part of the NEW WORLD ORDER to create weather disasters.

  4. I believe it's the position of the jet stream which is like early spring pattern and it's causing all of this rain and severe weather.
