k so basically i only go to the bathroom every...er 4 to 5 days. i don't know why...but it's been like that for as long as i can remember. i don't think its IBS because i looked that up and don't have any symptoms. i was thinking maybe i just have a really slow metabolism? idk. i also have a pooch at the bottom of my stomach and wondered if my slow uhh..bathroom visits.. could be the reason for it. i'm fairly active and play soccer so idk what the deal is. if anyone can tell me some foods to eat and exercises to flatten out my stomach and speed up the business i would REALLY appreciate it!
