k so basically i only go to the bathroom every...er 4 to 5 days. i don't know why...but it's been like that for as long as i can remember. i don't think its IBS because i looked that up and don't have any symptoms. i was thinking maybe i just have a really slow metabolism? idk. i also have a pooch at the bottom of my stomach and wondered if my slow uhh..bathroom visits.. could be the reason for it. i'm fairly active and play soccer so idk what the deal is.

if anyone can tell me some foods to eat and exercises to flatten out my stomach and speed up the business i would REALLY appreciate it!

  1. Take a fiber supplement or eat dried fruits (plums, dates, apricots, etc.) and drink plenty of water. That'll get you on track in no time. Crunches, or any ab exercises, will help flatten the pooch. Good luck!

  2. well you might be a little constipated - try getting like 30 grams of fibre per day - even half of that will get you a little more uh regular.  As for the stomach pooch - most women would consider that thier problem area.  Pilates work great for the lower abs because they work the core muscles :)

  3. to speed up business try a magnesium supplement, it will help with muscle control and regular movements.

  4. Eat more prunes.

  5. OMG! i did too!!! I wouldnt go but maybe once every few days and my parents used to freak out about it and i would just shrug it off, less yuck i guess. But once u start eating corn and alot of like green stuff it happens like every day.. my pooch was there too..coincidence? idk.. but now i have had 3 kids and my whole stomach is a pooch im tryng to work off LOL

  6. Yeah eat more than 25 grams of fiber (which can easily be found in fruits, grains and Fiber One cereal products) and you will start to be more regular

  7. eat things that have a high fibre %, and um that could be a kidney problem, you might want to see a doctor to get it checked out.

  8. this might sound lame, but you might have a large bladder, or you just dont drink enough.

as far as the pooch in your stomach, that is fat to protect your baby when you become pregnant. every girl has it, and when you starve yourself, that is the very last part of fat onyour body to go away. it has nothing to do with your urinary problems.

    good luck

  9. Chinese food! Haha it kind of makes you sickish after day 1.

  10. You need to eat more fiber...that should make you more regular.

  11. maybe your not getting enough water.

  12. We are talking about the "number two", right?

IBS, no, that would actually be the opposite of constipation.

    Look up on this site:

It would be a good idea to take care of this problem as soon as you can.Don't resort to laxatives..that doesn't cure the problem.

Just think of it this way..fecal matter is waste and could be toxic..the longer it stays inside you, the worse.

I think that once you get this problem situated, you will have a a feeling of well being.

As far as your diet, I would consume more fiber, perhaps prunes and make sure you drink more water! Cut down on bananas.

    Good luck!

  13. eat lots of fibers
