  1. yeah in thruogh the nose and out through the mouth but make sure you take deep breathes it will help to keep your breath and run with out getting as tired


  2. sprinting will always make you tired and make you lose your breath because its anaerobic not aerobic like slower running, i always went in and out through the mouth when sprinting

  3. your going to get tired either way the breathing doesn't matter as much it is your fitness level. Get in better shape and you won't breathe as heavy at the same pace.

  4. in through the nose out through the mouth is the most efficent way to run without getting tired to fast. dont worry about breathng though because that will un foucus ur running good luck

  5. In through your nose out through your mouth helps you relax.
