  1. Hello again. I've also asnwered your other questions.

PLEASE check the reviews before you book this. Its a lovely accomodation- a great bargain, but I really think it'll be too quiet for you.

"Just returned from a weeks all inclusive holiday in this lovely hotel. It is located inbetween the main street and the beach at Jandia. On arrival reception staff are friendly and helpful.Rooms are cleaned every day and it is spotless. The food is excellant and beer and wine is on tap in the restaurants. We stayed all inclusive and because the hotel is next to the beach you can spend the morning there or a five minute walk into town and be back for the lunchtime buffet which is excellent. Lots of different salads and cooked foods and sweets for every meal. The pool areas are beautiful and washed down every morning. There is a warm pool with jacuzzi and cooler pool but we swam in both and they were fine. Jandia is a German enclave though and whilst we stayed at the hotel we were the only British couple in the hotel. This did not bother us and we learnt some German too. It could be a problem if you want to socialise a lot with your holiday makers unless you speak German of course because we found it tricky making ourselves understood. The entertainment was pretty poor and obviously suited to the Germans there but there was a mini disco for children earlier on and the staff were marvellous with them. They did speak English but because the majority of people were German they obviously forgot about us sometimes which to be honest I was glad about. There is a promenade that runs at the back of the hotel which we ran along each morning and back along the beach and it was gloriously clean and tidy. We booked through Med.hotels and hired a car to get us to the hotel but Jandia is at the bottom of the island and the road turns into a dirt track so to see the rest of the island you have to back track from Jandia. They do packed lunches if you want to venture off and they were massive. They had drinks and cake in the afternoon from 12 til 4pm and the evening meals were excellent with tables set with silver service. Never had one tummy upset and you were not rushed. The Tv only shows CNN in English but who wants to sit and watch tv all day. All in all a great hotel. Access is level onto the beach so good for disabled and families with young children. We had a great time, swimming every day in the sea which is beautifully clear and pristine beaches, 31 degrees sunshine, last Thursday (there is a huge weather guide outside the hotel) its a quiet resort no noisy drinking bars and lovely hotel. Great for families that do their own thing and couples who do the same. English burger and chip brigade would hate it but we loved it. Would stay at this hotel again. Quiet, unrushed and lovely location. It qualifies for its 4 star but someone mentioned it ought to be a five but its not up to that standard nonetheless a great hotel."

As I said, this is a great bargain, but unless you are looking for something completely away from it all, then don't go.

At the end of the day, it's your holiday- you decide. If you do go, then as far as the hotel in concerned you'll have a wonderful time, but it WILL be very quiet at night!

    All the best!
